Medi Assist India — Worst Experience with Medi Assist India

I work in Infosys and my company is tied up with Medi Assist. My wife had a surgery and I provided all the documents they needed for claim. Its been 2 months but nothing was done. Every time I call customer care, they say claim is under process. Worst case is even my wife has insurance from some other company and instead of claiming there I opted for Medi assist. And now I cant claim with other insurance company since its been 2 months from surgery and this pathetic Medi assist will not let me know what is the status..Really frustrating...
