Medical Center — Irresponsible attitude of Dr Rajiv( J.J.Nursing Home- Mughalsarai)

Dear Sir, This is to register a complaint over irresponsible behaviour and carelessness of Dr. Rajiv of J.J. Nursing home in Alinagar, Mughalsarai. My Mother Mrs. Shagufta Parween was suffering from Hernia and was prescribed a surgery for the treatment for which we have contacted Dr. Rajiv. He said that it can be done and told us the cost of the same. My mother underwent a surgery and then revisited the doctor clinic for regular dressing. About one month later we noticed that the stiches were not healing properly and so contacted the doctor who didnt pay much attention and handed over the issue to his compounder. This went over a month and every time the doctor did the same and even regular dressing also couldnt change the thing. We then consulted a senior surgeon who on investigating informed us that it is a much serious issue and stiches have not healed properly and prescribed us many medicine and injections. Now after almost one and half year after this my mother had a problem again and when we visited a senior surgeon in Varanasi he informed us that the surgery done was not proper and irresponsive approach and carelessness had led to a failure of case. My mother need to be re operated for the same. After so much pain that my family has taken and financial and mental pressure we are at the same position where we had started. We have to start all over again. The doctor is quite wealthy and powerful and a lot of complaint of his carelessness and irresponsive behaviour has been done but no action has been taken.
