Medplus India — Debit card has been swiped twice/irresponsibe handling the customer | |||||
My cus-id is 9499896.I'm a customer of medplus for about 3 years and till last month i didn't faced any issue. But from last month onwards i'm not really satisfied of the service rendered by the staff.I purchased a list of medicine on[protected] and 23.03.2016 from nearest medplus, last month i gave a prescription and i mentioned the quantity along with it, but one of the staff gave the medicine not as quantity mentioned. And they took 2days to sort out and to give the same quantity. That instance itself i would have raised the complaint, but i excused them. The same happened today on[protected] at 07.55p.M, i gave a list to get medicine, but they gave a medicine which is not in the list. Medicine name is stiloz-50mg.I gave the same medicine to my mother, who is aged. While she is about to take her medicine, my wife accidentally noticed that the medicine given is the one irrelevant to the given list and i immediately called to the store and no one picked the call. Another thing is that on swiping my debit card, the staff carelessly for two times swiped the card and asked me to enter the pin, the actual bill amount is rs977, but the amount debited from my account twice of rs1954. So i'm very much unsatisfied of their service, every time i used to travel more than 6kms from my residence to this store at shanmugam road, west tambaram. Please make appointment of some responsible person in this store. So, please kindly check the issue and sort out the issue at earliest.
