Menaka Cards — Used wrong inserts than what was shown in sample cards and rude response by kodambakkam manager

Final order that we collected had wrong inserts size ( than what was shown in sample card). When I highlighted this issue to the manager, there was no sense of accountability from him, moreover he manually cropped the card to make it look like the final design. He argued that we did not highlight this issue during proof reading. The sample card had inserts set in increasing size order. However thr delivered consignment had all inserts of same size thereby causing all the other event details to go unoticed. How can someone visualize and understand the difference in the size of two insert during the proof reading. The manager's behaviour was very rude and did not handle the issue with any sense of accountability. He asked us to pay half of the money for correction work. He said what is shown is sample card need not be always what is delivered and the customer has to explicitly say what dimension insert that has to be used. Does it make any sense at all. What is the purpose of sample card in the first place. Ms. kamakshi jayaprakash was the salesperson who sold us the card. Today when I went to discuss the issue she changed her statement and said that it is our fault that we did not provide the dimension if insert. I see that these enterprises are only concerned about making money and has no sense or respect for their customers. They are so worried about their profit margin they have no respect or value for customers money and time.
