[Resolved]  Meru Cab Company — False confirmation on Cab Booking

Hi, I am kaushik from Kolkata, and I believe Meru is just fraud in Kolkata . The strategy they have taken up from business is definitely hurting customer and in way customers are loosing confidence and trust on Meru . I am referring to ref.id 35087330, which was booked on 7th Feb from Paikpara to Beleghata . I tried to get confidence on availability of cab because earlier as well I had bad experience with Meru in Kolkata . They didn’t turn ….neither they confirmed on cancelation and atleast I tried 10 times to reach them but phone line were coming engaged . Trust me, it as horrified experience as I had to travel along with my family ……..and was in mess in last moment . I could have plan in some other way, if atleast they could have confirm for “cancelation” . With Regards Kaushik halder [protected]
