Meru Cabs — Poor customer service | |||
I booked a meru cab on Sunday (29 may 2016) evening for Monday morning 4:45am pickup. Though we got SMS with driver details till 4:45 am, no one turned up. We tried calling the driver and no one picked up the call either. When we called meru customer service, they sent us another vehicle. Overall 15 min delay and I'm not sure I will recommend or book meru again as the trustworthiness is significantly detoriating. No regrets, calls from meru to check what happened to me or my travel. At the min they should not charge clients for the mentally stress they give I'm situations like this. Was this information helpful? | |||
