1> 31-DEC-14, 19:30 booked cab from Kolkata airport, but cab not came though booking was confirmed. 2> Two times used NOW25 promocode but due to system problem of Meru no discount received. 3> Gents sitting at Meru call centre are not quite comfortable to help consumers.
