Second time faced this problem as I almost missed my train at banglore as meru has no commitment toward its customer despite booking cab a day before and accepted by them the cab didn't came as I booked the cab for 24/05/15 to dwarka delhi thru genie and recived a sms stating your booking has been upgraded to meru but soon after the driver called and spoke in a intimidating tone that he is not coming as my booking is in genie company always do transfer loss making trips to him and aked me to cancel my booking in threatening tone and I called their customer service and they couldn't contact the driver and showed their inability to do anything as they didn't have any cab so I have rush looking for a auto in peak afternoon of 45° with my old mother I have lost all my trust on meru / genie who has no concern with poor customer but their profitability and have no control on their ill manner unprofessional driver
