I am suresh devatwal, on behalf of shyam enterprises Jaipur. My complain is for "Metro Cash & Carry (Whole sale), Jaipur". I just came to report a complain about billing issue having billing amount more than the MRP of product. I just meet their outlet manager Many times. He acknowledge the mistake in billing but no quick response from his side. I bought 4 Quantity of that product and now I have only 2 Qty as proof. I have used 2 pieces of that product.

Manager is only agree to reimburse the extra amount of that 2 available product that has been charged, even I have purchased 4 in Quantity and that is clearly mentioned in Bill.
I am going their outlet center every week and getting same response. I have spent my lot of time and money more than that product cost. Metro Cash & carry making money in this way. they are Billing more than MRP for few products. they are making fool to public and customers. please stop that "Loot".
Please help me, what action I can take in that. I have original bill and 2 quantity of that product with me. Please suggest what should i do in this condition.
