But Metro Hospital Meerut start my treatement as per permission letter of ESI Office Saharanpur. But on dated 01/11/2015 at 15:20 PM Metro Hospital- Meerut Staff Inform me you pay Hospital Bill Sum of Rs.3776.00 reason Metro Hospital management Meerut refuse your permission Letter no.118 Dated 29/10/2015 issued by Medical Superintendent ESI Hospital Saharanpur and discharge me forcedily without treatement.
