Dear sir,
I have purchase 2mi 10400mah power banks on dt. 21/07/2016 against ref. no. s[protected]. i have received the materials on 26/07/2016. after i tested the materials i found one to be in proper order & another in faulty condition.
So, i would like to replace the faulty item with a new one. for your reference i have uploaded one video & three images.
