Mi4i — Phone sent through pickmi but not get back

I have sent my mi4i mobile for repair through pickmi service from the date of 24th june 2016 but till date i have not receive my phone my complaint number is [protected].
i called to customer care many times but they did not know any updated status.
At the time of sending my phone customer care told me my phone will repair within 7-8 working days but till now it is more than one month.

so please help.
