Michelin India — Defect in Micheline MX2 Tyre within a month of purchase

I am Mr. Vishal Dandekar, I purchased four tyres of Michelin MX2 of size 185/65R14 on date 12.01.2015 with in 1200 kms of run in one month one of the tyre of front left developed defect of sidewall chipping or cutting. As a customer I am very unsatisfied with the quality of Michelin Tyres. Also Dealer and Michelin quality inspector is not showing any intrest in resolving the problem.
