[Resolved]  Micro Technologies (India) Ltd. — Non receipt of the amount invested alone with the accrued interest

I have invested Rs.40, 000 in Fixed Deposit of Micro Technologies for a period of 1 year ending in August 2013. The FDR No.4616. Till date the company did not paid me the amount invested as also the interested accrued till this date. The MD of the company - Mr. Aditha S- has one time promised to the investors that the refund will be made by end of November 2013 or latest by 15 December 2013, but nothing happened. Despite a lot of reminders, there is no response from the company. I am also not getting a responsible answer from Bajaj Capital with regard to the refund of the amount. Please help me to get back my hard-earned money.
