Micromax — 80 days mobile can not be repaired

After 80 Days my mobile not be Repaired. 7april submit my mobile to sevice cebtre then he gave me First jobsheet no.N[protected] afer 40days second job sheet no.[protected] after 18 Days third jobsheet no. not given to me he give me non repair mobile and say come after 20 Days. micronet service centre allahabad mr.hasmi hasmi says to me jyada chillaoge to tmhe kaat k phek dunga aur bhut gaaliya bi di.i am poor student plz help sir
