Micromax — A 290 not get satisfaction answer

I had purcahse my phone and day one i have facing problem as a second sim, i had submit my phone sector 16 and get after approx one month and now again i had submitted 19/2/15, and as per him they will return after correction with in week, but now nobody pick the phone and not give any satisfy answer, please help...
