Micromax A121 — 62 days.... still not return my mobile

sir, I'm writing this with my total frustration.last two months back I handover my micromaxA121 model(switch problem) in tirupati(andhrapradesh).job sheet no:S[protected].still i getting delay.Sorry to say your the worst service ever and ever and careless about customers.do u have any common sense at least1% return my mobile. please this not right way to deal customer.im slapping with my slipper(cheppal) to buy micromax.30 times i visited tirupati sevice point.finally he said send leagel notice to company then only that ...wakeup (sorry this words I'm mentioning) and this is my 2nd mail to consumer court very soon i will put my job sheet scan into face book and social media. i will educate people don't buy micromaxxxxxxx
