Micromax A69 — Not satisfied with the phone and service center

I bought a micromax A69 mobile worth 6500 INR from a shop on 13/05/2014
After 1 month we faced a problem that the POWER DOES NOT SWITCH ON, since it is having its warranty period, then i went to micromax service centre in cochin, i gave it to them on 09/07/2014, they asked me to come after 2 weeks, till now i didnt get my phone, i went many times to there, but didnt get any responses from them, iam totally dissatisfied with their service.The service center is
