Micromax — About poor service

I have purchase micro max canvas élan's A121 before 2 month ago. But it cause rear camera problem I submmited my mobile 17 Oct in service center they ask me wait for 7 days but till date no response from care that mobile is ok they always give me time for waiting that part of your mobile is not come from company I m very disappoint from micro max service. they ask me for waiting even they know use of mobile in these days .
