I have submitted by handset of Micromax Nitro A 311 at the Ambarnath Service Center since January' 2016 till now i have not received my handset back.

I have called many a times to Centralized helpdesk to get the status however such a bad response from the team and every time they arrange the call backs however nobody called me up since then...

Such a worst and pathetic behavior i have never seen in any of...

My mobile micromax (A315) (imli no [protected])which was bought on 21oct 2014 and it was showing screen problem on 07 Aug 15 then i went to micromax repair center boby electronics rishikesh on 18 aug 2015 my mobile was under warranty that time. My Micromax Mobile set 290 (Model Code SERMOB0537) Not Repaired by (M/s Vijay Pal Telecom, Near Roorkee Talkies Chowk, Engg. House, Upper House) Customer Care Center, Roorkee. I have Submitted my set on[protected] at Roorkee Centre. But not repaired till date.

I submitted my mobile in November at Hosur with Job sheet number-[protected]. Now its March end till now i didn't get my mobile from there and even they are able to give me a particular date for the same.

Pathetic word is very small for them. Don't want to use any abusive word but they are completely A***ho*es...
