I noticed touchpad issue in month of July which was random in nature in beginning and within a week it became frequent and I was having hard time using phone as I was unable to access anything. Then i visited nearest service center and they collected phone and promised to give back in 10 days, then they promised 30 days and after having lot of verbal fight they gave my device after 45 days saying it's ready and working in condition, again...
