After 2 days of repairing again mobile didn't work & automatically switch off. Which shows how poor service they are maintaining and manufacture such product which are not repairable in there authorised service...

I had purchased a micromax yu5010 mobile handset with imei/esn no. [protected]/[protected] on june 7, 2015. I am facing some problems in the product which are as follows:-

1) audio problem with audio adjustment
2) app suddenly stops working and returns to home screen

I bought a lapbook from micromax. I called to the customer care department thrice the agent argued and disconnected the call thrice without even listening to the issue
There is an intermittent issue with the lap book some time it gets booted and sometime it doesn't.
