Dear Sir/M'am,
I am totally upset by the services provided by your company.I had rectified my 2 month old smart phone(Canvas Nitro) two times already...and i had given it again to the Micromax Hisar Store. Store owner told me that he had send the battery for replacement.It has been 25 days since i give the battery in store and i had not received the battery yet...please work on it as soon as possible and send the battery as early as possible..

My docket no is e[protected]-8744 for battery replacement and complain date is 29/11/2014. I am trying so many time for that but there are no response. customer care staff giving irrirr irretrievable answer now. Please suggest me for that and give a proper solution

Dear Sir,
This is worst behavior and service I ever see. Three months back I have given my phone to the service and they said it is batter issue and they will give in a 10days.
After 10days they issued me a not working battery and convinced me that it will work.
But actually it is not working. I returned it to the customer store and again they said they will give after 10days.
I waited for two weeks and there is not response. I want back to the office and asked him why you guys are wasting my time and giving not working battery. Their response is worst I ever see.
Then after few weeks they called me to collect the battery. Again they are trying to issue not working battery. In front of then I recognised and told this is not working battery. They said they will give after a week.
So far there is no response from them.
I am irritated completely.
This is wasting of my weekend time as well travelling to customer care.
