Micromax — Brand new mobile fault - delay in service

Hi,
I Bought a Micromax A116 i for Rs 13, 000 on Jan 8 2014 From Chennai Mobiles - Fun Mall - Coimbatore.
Within a Month I have noticed that the flash light is not working. I gave it to Chennai Mobiles. They kept the mobile with them for more than 15 Days and replied that "Not possible to rectify the mobile". Refer to check with Authorized service center of Micromax - Coimbatore.
I gave my mobile to the service center. They have intimated me that it will take minimum of 30 Days.
(While giving my mobile few guys also there with the same model mobile and same problem)
I was surprised, a Authorised center is saying 30 Days to rectify a brand new mobile problem.
If the process goes on for 2 Months then what is the use of buying a mobile by spending 13, 000 Rs.
In 2 Months duration the Battery will go to DEAD position. Automatically within 6 Months the battery will lost its capacity.
In my warranty period 2 Months period used by the company itself.
The company should either service the problem within days or should replace with new one.
This type of service focus us to move to other brand mobiles.
Expecting a prompt action from Micromax.
