Dear Sir, I m Indrajeet sharma, would like to inform you that i had purchased one micromax canvas A1 headset by Flipkart on 20.11.2014 Order Id is OD[protected] & serial no is [protected], but due to some technical fault i had to submit this particular headset at your micromax service centre (Address:- M/S THE MOBILE CARE, (DELHI), B-36, GURU NANAK PURA, OPP. V3S MALL, LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI 110092, TEL NO.[protected], MOB. [protected]) ON 18.04.2015 BY HAND. And today i reached there to pick my headset, it was completely changed, although my headset was in new condition and your service centre was giving me an old headset, which is not mine.
