Micromax Canvas A100 — Not solved my handset problem after 45 days.

Sir, i have Canvas A 109 hanset of micromax. because of display problem, i have given mobile to Diya communication at Jamnagar Gujarat at 12.10.2015.still i have not get my mobile from the service center, my mobile is under varanty period. i have send about 25 mails to customer care but no respond.recepit no of diya comication is 19688710 mt reference ticket id is 131279. also i rise the compaint and no. is MNX[protected]. SIR, PL. SOLVE MY PROBLE OR RETURM MY HANDSET AS SUCH CONDITION.
