[Resolved] Micromax Canvas A110 — Mobile not repaired even after 1 month and receiving mental harassment from both micromax complaint cell and micromax service centre | |||
Sir, with reference to above complaint filed via id deep9087(Sir, I have recently purchased my micro max canvas 2.2 mobile and with in a month it started to shut down on its own I reported to the service centre . Where I was told its was just a minor moisture issue just clean it up with cotton n it will start working .. When tried I worked .. But after a short while moblie crashed and I put it up in a service centre on 06.08.2014where they reported to repair my mobile by 09.08.14. And on 9th aug014 when I got their to check my mobile they told me that my moile is yet to be checked and it will take at least 2 month to detect the problem. On being asked for the demo set they told no such thing will be provied and if I want can take back my mobile to any other service centre but they wo take a loook at the problem before 2 months Ive already lodged a complaint in same regard and my complaint no. is [protected]. Plesse let me know the syatus of my mobile as I m unable to get it from service centre.) posted on 11th August2014., i have already spoken with your complaint cell executives on 8th, 16th, 25th, 28 th August 2014 and 02nd sep2014 .Also each and Every time i was assured that i will get my mobile with in a week so even after registering my complaint on 8.08.2014 till date nothing has been done against the micromax service centre people as " on date 16th august 2014 irecived a call from them giving me a fake in formation that my mobile has been repaired and i can come and collect it from there.on reching to service centre they(service centre executive) told me that you do what ever you want to but your mobile will not be deliverdd to you before 2 months. and on 25th of august 2014, i requestred a call with a senior executive at complaint centre to know about the clear status of my mbile, that proved to be very interesting conversation because, he told me that ' we are here not to solve your problem bu just to provide with the tentative information about service status of my mobile and then disconnected my call when i was in a middle of discussion with him. Now my 28 days experience with micromax complaint cell and service centre as follows: 1) Service centre executive misbehaved intially and even after lodging a complaint against them they clearly humiliated me by calling me to their service centre through a fake information that my mobile has been repaired, till date no action has been taken against them. 2) Micromax complaint cell executives didn't any action against service centre executives but are protecting them as no action has been done against those people. 3) At every end of week i get consolence from each till give me false information and tentative dates before which i will get my mobile.Till date no mobile phone received. 4)On 25th August 2014 on discusion with senior executive of Micromax complaint cell, I was conveyed that this cell is not for solving problem but on to provide informatin (its a Boldy information centre) 5) on my recent discussion with complaint cell executives, i was adviced to file RTI to know information location and date on which i will recieve my mobile and i should consult a lawyer and file a petition to get my mobile repaired. So over all i pretty [censored]ing happy with this experience i having after buying Micromax mobile. and leets see how do you intend to end this great journey of mine by speeding up the process. 1.
