[Resolved] Micromax Canvas A110 — touch and ringer problem | |||
;BDSir, I have purchased a new Micromax Mobile Handset Model. A110(CANVAS 2) on 23/8/2014. I visited the Authorized Micromax Mobile Service Centre i.e. M/S HANS SERVICES, SCO -101, FIRST FLOOR, MAIN MARKET SECTOR-16FARIDABAD, 121002. Screen touch of the phone is not working properly, i went to the service station at the service station technician received the phone on 16/7/2014 and give me a job sheet no N[protected] then after 10 days i went to the service station they said the phone is not ready, then after 7-10 days i went 4 times to your service station every time they are saying we are doing our best your phone will be deliver soon, now today 21/08/2014 when i make phone call to your service station but they does not respond . A period of one and half month has elapsed but I have not received my handset after repair.
