Micromax Canvas A114 — Worst service in warranty period. (Not responding to Mail) | |||
Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that Micromax CANVAS 2.2 (A114) mobile phone, which I purchased from online via. flipkart have too many problems. Initially, within 3 months its on/off switch was damaged, after complaining in service station my mobile was replaced & a new mobile was given to me. But, another problem was found that, its camera was not working. Again via, service station, they replaced the camera then also it is not working. And, finally it has been send to main service station. You can refer to complain No. W[protected] that is on 27th NOVEMBER 2014 & W[protected] that is on 20 JAN 2015.
