[Resolved]  Micromax — complaint against micromax canvas knight

First of all i don't think that you people are seriously taking actions against the complain registered against the mobile because there are lot many people who have complained against the phone issue but they haven't got any response from your side.I think if you people are not concern about customer issue, please close your phone company because we people trust you and in revert you backstep us. My Name is "HIRENDRA SINGH".I brought my micromax canvas on 26th of sept 2014 and within 5 days i saw a problem in my charging port, i visited ur customer care in laxmi nagar on 4th oct and submitted by repair.Its been 20 days but even they dont have any idea abt where my phone is right now.Every time they give the exuse of customer care but even customer care people dont have idea about the exact location of phone.
