Micromax — Complaint did not resolved since AUGUST-totally disappointed

Since August i am waiting to Micromax to help me but they are literally torturing me. They are not bothering to answer my e-mails or even my calls. I have tried each and every number given by them. How many times do i have to plead them for my phone to be replace? Which one of their service centre destroyed. My professional as well personal life is suffering since July because i do not have my phone or any further information about it. As i told you before that i have submitted my phone in one of their service centre in Chandigarh. Microamx is not bothering to tell me what they will do with my phone. Are they going to replace it or not? Can i even get my phone back in this birth?
