[Resolved]  Micromax — Complaint regarding Micromax service center

Hi, I brought Canvas HD A116 about less than 1.5 years ago. I started facing problem in the charging point of phone about 2 months back, but I was able to use it by charging the battery with another phone. I gave my phone in the Micromax service center at Care Jone P1 Paras Complex, Ranchi on 25th of October for repairing. I was told it will cost me Rs 250. I don't know what the person there at our service center did with the phone, when I received my phone I was not able to Switch ON the phone along with the charging point issue. Then I went to another Micromax service center at Max Care F30 Roshpa Tower, Ranchi. Then I was told as the mother board is not working I have to pay Rs 7800 for repairing it. After some day my father got a call from the service center that if he wants to sell the phone. I must say your service is very bad. Instead of repairing, your service center damaged my phone.
