Micromax — Complaint regarding to the servicing of micromax smartphone.

I am having micromax canvas 2.2 A114 smart phone, I purchased it on 15- Feb-2014, it has 1 year warranty, but after some days unfortunately it made some problems. The mobile was unable to work properly. I submit that mobile to service center in vidisha (m.p.) on 02-Jan-2015 under warranty. But till now i got no response from service center. Two months have passed, i have no information about my mobile. I am attaching softcopy of my id, cashmemo of mobile & worksheet that is provided by service center at the time of submission.
