Micromax — CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS VERY POOR | |||
I have given my phone for repair to MICROMAX CARE CENTER, BHUBHANESHWAR few weeks back they said they will inform me when my phone get ready they don't call instead when I m calling them to inform me about my phone they are not at all helpful and giving excuses. After my constantly calling them they are not at all looking after my problem. There customer service is very low and not at all bearable. Was this information helpful? | |||
