[Resolved] Micromax — customer service | |||
I bought micromax canvas fire2 whose display stopped working within a week so I gave it to service center. They said that they just have to replace its display which will take maximum 10days, I waited 10days and then called them, then they said that we just found one more issue in your phone and that part should be replaced and asked me to wait 10 more days. They came to know about this issue after 10 days. Then after total 20 days when I went to them they said that your phone will get replaced as it cannot be repaired and asked me to wait another 10 days, then when I contacted them after 5 days they again said it will take 10 more days, now when I contacted them today after total 35 days they are again saying it will take maximum 10 more days, I am fed up of them now, I don't know when their 10 days will finish...WORST SERVICE CENTER I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! this is with refrence to i want to inform you that i buy NEW MICROMAC A 315 IN JANUARY 2015. BUT IT GOT DEAD AFTER FEW DAYS .THEN I SUBMIT IT through my friend TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AT E BLOCK H NO 308 B SEC 27 NOIDA UP 201301. I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED JOBSHEET for your refrence GIVEN TO ME.BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE.AS U R A VERY GOOD COMPANY AND SUPPOSED TO BE GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE UP THE MATTER VERY SERIOUSLY WITH YOUR TEAM.
