Micromax — Defective model | |||
Sir/maam, i received my order of a new micromax xpress 2(black and champagne color) just an hour back.It has not turned on ever since the first time i tried. i even charged it for an hour and now still its not booting. the screen keeps having flashes of light but the phone doesn't start. I am extremely dissapointed. I want the phone replaced at the earliest otherwise i will be forced to take legal actions to get my right.
