Micromax — Delay in repair/service from Company

I had given my handset for repair on Jan 17, 2015 with Job Sheet number N[protected] after a month I got a message that your handset is repaired and you can collect it from service center but when I went there, they said the handset was not repaired correctly and we had to send it again to the company. They had given me another job sheet number N[protected] and told me that your handset will be repaired within February 2015 but still its with company and now its almost one and half month and I didn't receive my handset. Please do the needful as soon as possible as I am having too much problems without my handset and its too much frustrating for me. Thanks.
