[Resolved] Micromax — Delay in Replacement of mobile. | |||||
I bought Micromax Q394 on 31 Dec 2015 and it encountered software issue on 6th Jan 2016. Since it's premium phone of micromax, they provide door step assistance. No micromax service centre has it's operating system. so I lodged a complaint to micromax and after 2-3 times of troubleshooting they decided to give me replacement in 7-10 working days on 15th Jan 2016. Today 27- Jan being the 10th working day I asked them if they dispatched my handset but the representative said they have some technical issues and it's not dispatched yet. I didn't even use this handset for more than 7 days and now I have to wait for more than 20 days for small software issue which cannot be solved at service centres and the only way is replacement. I would better buy ordinary micromax phone model which can be serviced at local service points rather than this pathetic so called premium door step assistance. I demand for full refund or option to get other micromax phone if replacement isn't given in next 5 days. It's giving me too much of mental harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Feb 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After constant follow up from the company, I was granted replacement and the company sent the handset after 15 days.
Handset purchased on 31th Dec 2015, Issues occurred on 6th Jan 2016, Replacement request granted on 15th Jan 2016 after 2-3 troubleshooting from technical team from 9-th to 15th Jan 2016, Handset received on 30th Jan 2016.
