Micromax — Delay in replacing battery of mobile phone

I am using micromax canvas doodle phone(Q391).The battery of the phone found bulging and i contacted the mobnet mobiles service centre working at manjeri, malappuram dist kerala on 26/3/2016.I have remitted rs 500 as advance for booking new battery on the same day. I contacted the service centre many times and they said the battery is not received.Now it is more than one month that i could not use the phone.I request your urgent intervention into this matter.
