To The Manager Micro max phones Dear sir, I Mr.Jay pawar have purchased Micro max canvas A120 colors on 6/10/2014 after using this phone for four months only i have faced a problem of mobile not getting charged. I have submitted my mobile to your Service located at vashi Named M/s Vashi Telecom on 8/01/2015. please View the attached Report of the mobile which is taken for the replacement of Mother Board. And i have been continuously following up with the Executive for the availability of part and phone to be repaired and given back. The reason of the mobile not getting repaired is No part available. So i request you to see in to this situation and give me the correct result that when this part is going to be available. I request you to give me a revert on the same mail id.
