have bought LED TV Model 32B200 on 11 March 2014.
Its
Service was good, but from 9th Dec 2014 its picture was became very dark Automatically (no brightness) and we are unable to see TV. I have logged a complaint by telephone and email also on 12th Dec 2014, but till date problem was not resolve from your side. we facing problem to get services from company's side.
I think this too late to provide good services from company's side.
My TV was brought by technician to their shop before 1 Month, and I did not get back my TV till today.
I have called to customer care and the told me to talk to Mr. Jain on [protected] and then I called to this number several times and he told me to resolve my problem very soon every time.
Mr. Jain inform me about replacement of TV and informed that TV has been dispatched to Jabalpur (M.P.) before 7 days, Jabalpur service centre called me to inform about receive TV from jabalpur on 05 Feb 2015, but on 07 Feb 2015 they told me that my TV did not received to jabalpur service centre.
It have been 2 months to lodged complain I did not get back my TV and did not get services from company's siode. Was this information helpful? |
