I HAVE DEPOSITED MY MICROMAX MOBILE FONE A 117 AT DWARKA SERVICE CENTRE ON 08 NOV 14 VIDE JOB CARD NO NO[protected]. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN A WEEK OR 10 DAYS OF A MAXIMUM, TILL DATE MY FONE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED AND ON CALLING THE SERVICE CENTRE NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER IS GIVEN. IT IS VERY UPSETTING ON THE PART OF SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY. NO BEFITTING REPLY IS BEING GIVEN BY THE STAFF. KINDLY DELVE INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFULL.
