[Resolved] Micromax — Delaying In Providing Phone Back | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, I have purchased a Phone of Micromax company model A120 (IMEI [protected]) under bill no. 1551 from "Electroinic Ways" Rajouri Garden. Now its touch has stopped working for the 3 back buttons & phone is still under warranty. I went to the service center "The Delight Service" located near Shadipur Metro station on 14th Oct 2014 & submit my phone. They called me 1 week later. I reached there after 1 week & they said your phone is not repairable, hence needs to be replaced. Since then they are calling me every week, however not replacing the phone. I have raised the complaint in the consumer court under the complaint no. 549622 & now they are with me in this matter. Would request you to please take appropriate action on this matter & replace my phone withing this week otherwise I have to proceed further according to the Consumer Court directions.
