[Resolved] Micromax — Display touch screen not working | |||
My name is Manoj Kumar Singh and I have bought a Micromax Canvas turbo mobile phone on February 2014. I faced touch screen problem on April 2014. On May 2014 I gave the phone to a recognised Micromax Service Centre located in Bharuch( Gujarat) named M/S VIAA SALES AND SERVICES([protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com). The centre gave me job sheet no. R1405FGUJ9861170. Till today I have not recived the phone from the service centre as they are telling that that the touch screen of the phone is not available in the market. Hence I request you to solve the repairing problem of the handset or replace the handset as it is the warranty period. My belief in the Micromax is very much as i m old customer of Micromax and I want to keep my belief intact with micromax now it is upto you how you can maintain. please solve my problem as soon as possible. Above mentioned handset is given to service center vide Job Sheet No. R1408FMP11539239.
My above mentioned handset is under Warranty but service center person is asking the cost for replacement of some components, without giving any bill for the same. This is simply a loot by the franchise service center from Micromax customers.

i gave my mobile unite 2 dated 15/09/2014 to M/S PEE KAY SALE CORPORATION, G.T. ROAD, NEAR LALHARI ROAD CHOWK KHANNA DISTT. LUDHIANA TEL NO.[protected], MB NO. [protected] for repair for above said problem. my jobsheet no. is *N[protected]* but after a week, he reply that it need one week more so you are request to solve my problem as early as possible because it effect the company goodwill & after sale service.

I many time approached the service station, but no proper response from them. For more then 15 days i am without my mobile. So kindly arrange to do the needful in this case.
