[Resolved] Micromax — Display Touch Screen not working Handset Model No. 091 | |
Sir,
I have purchased a new Micromax Mobile Handset Model No. 091 on 5th June 2014 from Ms Harjeet Bros, Patiala. After 25 days of purchase, the display touch screen starts giving trouble. I visited the Authorized Micromax Mobile Service Centre i.e. Ms Ganesh Electricals, 37-C, Mansahia Colony, Near 22 No. Railway Phatak, Patiala (Tele No.[protected].
The Service Personnel deposited my handset on 22.07.2014 against Job Sheet No. R1407FPUN11051901 and promised to return the set after 10 days. I have visited the Service Centre many times but every time the service personnel available there is demanding more time. A period of one month has elapsed but I have not received my handset after repair. It has come to my notice that if a handset purchased become defective within 3 months from the date of purchase, then a new handset will be provided by the company.
Till date I have not received new mobile set or my mobile handset handed over at the service centre, which is clear cut deficiency in service.
If I could not hear any thing from you, I will be forced to knock the court of law against the defficiency in service and claim the damages despite highlighting this episode in the Print Media as well as in the Electronic Media.
