[Resolved] Micromax — Excess Amount demand after repairing of the Handset | |||
I had got deposited my Handset at Bikaner Service Centre of Micromax on 21st August 2014 vide Complain No.w[protected] and later I had sent E-Mail to them for which the Micro max Again gave me another Complaint No.MMX[protected]. Now it is repaired and the staff at Centre is asking for another Rs. 500/- apart from I had deposited to them Rs. 1000/- to them. Please clarify for this hightend amount in the pretext of changing other parts of the set. I am tired the way MICROMAX is dealing the case. Please help me.
