I have purchased a data card from M/s KISHORE WATCH &MOBILES, 64 Near Rawat College, Station Road, Ajmer 305001 through invoice no. 24205 dated[protected] Quantity one no only ( [protected]) for Rs. 1400/- Waranty one year, but after few days said data card was not working properly accordingly I reported said shopkeeper. The shopkeeper advised me to contact service centre(M/S Shri Sai Mobile, shop no. 3 O/S.Kotwali gate Ajmer)
I went service centre and they accepted that the data card is faulty and they issued a job sheet and advised me that the data card would be replaced by newer one.
On[protected]Friday ) evening I contact said service centre they issued me a new data card No. [protected]. I requested them for showing me that whether it is working or not working properly, but they did not show me but assured me that the replaced data card is newer one and will work properly.
I reached home and after inserting sim card I tried to operate it on my computer but data card blog showed that "No Sim ".
On.[protected]Saturday ) I contacted said service centre but it was informed that the complete staff has gone to Jaipur .on[protected] I again contact to service centre they told me that sim socket is damaged and out of warranty. Accordingly they endorsed the remarks on the said bill . I told them that I have not damaged the sim socket but they were not ready to listen any thing.
Sir, This is the case of carelessness by said service centre because they neither show me the working of replaced data card and nor accepting that the data card replaced by them was already having damaged sim socket. This has caused lots of embarassment to me.
I request your selves to impress upon said service centre to replace the faulty data card as early as possible.
