[Resolved] Micromax — Faulty tv with manufacturing defect | |||||
We purchased micromax tv 42 on december -2014. Its only 1+ year old and tv is not longer working. Tv is showing a blank black display initially with only sound. We called the micromax technician to check the problem after veryfying he said the panel is faulty, which costs 80% of the tv cost The tv was faulty model with a manufacturing defect which has caused the problem. We paid 25000 to purchase tv and the faulty panel costs us 20000. Its definately fooling with customers. We need an action for this problem Was this information helpful? | |||||
