[Resolved] Micromax — Handset not working smoothly and service center employee denied for repair handset | |||||
Dear sir, I want to say that i purchase a mobile, company of micro max model no gc318, purchasing date of 07.03.2016. after some day, i am facing problem related of message (inbox), i went to service center four time for repair but not resolve my problem. (07.04.2016 no[protected], 27.04.2016 no [protected], 25.05.2016). i done call many time in customer care but not resolve my problem. customer care executive senior officer take the seven days for resolve the problem but not any response after this date. so, i request you that please take the necessary action resolve the problem of mobile. I went to service center many time and contact on customer no for this problem but they told me that for service center but already i have gone service center many time, but service center person told me that could not prepare your mobile properly. service center person denied for prepare. i request you that please change my mobile or return my amount of mobile.
