Micromax — hardware complaint and not issued standby phone

Dear Sir, My Name is ANOOP P C from KERALA Cochin district, my Phone modal A106 its seems as hardware compliant and i given to your service center at ernakulam- SP- gallexy services, they told me that it will take 1 month time to resolve the problem, am asked for a standby phone for this 1month they did not provide any thing and am very sorry to say its not good for a multinational company.
